Job Summary/Basic Function
Serves as the primary liaison between external stakeholders and the Engineering Technology department. Responsible for organizing recruitment activities for prospective students/visitors and Engineering outreach events for K-12 students and the local community. Serves as the forward face to the ET Industrial Advisory Board as well as sponsorship of internship fairs, company recruitment/interviews, and promotion activities. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Required Education
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related Experience
Three years progressively responsible secretarial/clerical/office experience required.
Desirable Related Experience
One year higher education experience.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification
CAP preferred.
