Job Summary/Basic Function
Reporting to the Director of Construction Administration & Renovation, serve as Project Manger and coordinate construction issues with architects, construction contractors and sub-contractors, university affiliated departments, administrators, etc. for Middle Tennessee State University. Monitor multiple projects in all phases of construction and serve as Project Manager for MTSU as well as the Tennessee Board of Regents Construction representative and the Board of Trustees. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or similar field of study
Required Related Experience
Five (5) years progressively responsible, directly related field experience and project management with multiple building sites and multiple projects
