University Studies (Reading), Full-Time Lecturer, Faculty Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Administrative Assistant 3 - Event Coordination Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Serve as receptionist for the Event Coordination staff. Perform day to day office functions to include answering the main phone line and communicating event information. Prepare payment authorizations, requisitions and client invoices; monitor budget expenses and balances and reconcile accounts; assist with hiring and training student workers; monitor student schedules; assist with event reservations, reports, and updates; oversee table/chair reservations and assist with physical movement of tables and chairs. CARE Coordinator, Non-Clinical Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Serve as part of a team that provides immediate support, follow-up, and care coordination for students of concern or in crisis. Responsible for providing one-on-one student support and case management; crisis management support; and coordinate care between internal and external University partners to assist students with their overall personal and academic success. Enrollment Coordinator I Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The EC I position is designed as the entry level position for the MT One Stop and is phase 1 of a 3-tier progression plan. The EC I is assigned to the front desk of the MT One Stop to serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking assistance in initial enrollment, ongoing retention and provide general assistance with transactions related to any of the enrollment services areas. Essential tasks include: answer general questions and problem solve across all enrollment management areas that include: bursar, financial aid, academic processes & residency, scheduling, and records. The EC I must understand the interrelationships among these areas; be able to assess the student's initial inquiry; discern co-related issues and resolve; or seek the advice/transfer the student to an Enrollment Coordinator II for assistance and resolution. The incumbent will learn and maintain a general understanding of MTSU, Board of Trustees, Federal guidelines, academic policies and procedures, financial aid processing, and scheduling and is expected to perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned.
