Job Summary/Basic Function
The Department of Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position(#120280) at the rank of assistant or associate professor for its #1 nationally ranked M. A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. The start date for the position is August 1, 2024.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise student research, and develop an I/O research program in the candidate’s area of specialization. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the work of the MTSU Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). Required Education
A terminal degree in I/O psychology or psychology with a concentration in I/O psychology is required by the appointment date.
Other Desirables
Applicants with a strong commitment to teaching, evidence of an active research program, and applied experience will receive special consideration.
