The supervisor is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing specialized facilities management services, while ensuring the campus buildings, grounds, systems, equipment, and supplies are maintained. The scope of work includes completing preventative maintenance schedules as well as restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Creating and delivering reports, presentations, trainings, and other communication are essential functions. |

| The Industrial Mechanics for Millwrights and Machinists Instructor is responsible for instructing students to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments, including work commonly performed by Millwrights and Machinists. This includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments. Instruct students on how to fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools, install and align equipment, and maintain industrial machines by applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures. |
