Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Project Leadership:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Customer-Facing Communications:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand and articulate client requirements, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and customer expectations.
• Proactively manage and resolve client issues or concerns while maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
3. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage productivity and creativity.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members, ensuring clarity on project objectives and tasks.
4. Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

Required Experience: Proven experience (3 years) in project management, specifically in software development projects, with a focus on customer-facing communications.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
