Salary: 

Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching EMT courses and practical skills relevant to emergency medical care.

Preparing lesson plans and educational materials.

Evaluating student performance and maintaining records.

Supporting students throughout their training.

Coordinating with other departments and clinical sites to enhance the educational experience.

Required Education: Must hold a current, valid EMT license, Must have National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE) instructor course or a state-approved instructor development course

Required Experience: Minimum four years of experience as an EMT or Paramedic.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required Licenses or Certifications: Must hold a current, valid EMT or Paramedic certification.

Preferred Education: Completion of a recognized instructor training program is typically required. Programs such as the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE) instructor course or a state-approved instructor development course
