Salary: Start of $14.75 per hour, based on education and experience
Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage documentation associated with Student Conduct, Title IX, and Accessibility Services.
· Supports Student Conduct, Title IX, and Power Based Violence investigations by performing tasks including, but not limited to, processing documentation, scheduling meetings, and communicating with students and/or employees.
· Serves as testing proctor for students with accommodations.
· Read aloud quizzes and exams for students with vision impairments.
· Help students in the testing center and become certified to proctor exams as needed.
· Creates, helps create, or works with other divisions to create awareness campaigns for students for topics including, but not limited to, Title IX/Power Based Violence and Hazing.
· Assist with planning student events.
· Works with retention coordinator assisting Early Alert students.
· Assist with other Enrollment Management and Student Affairs initiatives and projects as needed.
· Assist with maintaining the food pantry.
· Assist students in the One Stop Enrollment Center as needed.
· Conduct outreach to students regarding enrollment and student support services.
· Provide excellent customer service and respond in a timely manner to any requests from students, faculty, staff, or other colleagues.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Education: Associate Degree
Required Experience: One year of experience in higher education or K-12, working with students.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Superior communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess a great deal of flexibility.
· Ability to work within a team, possessing a high energy level and exhibiting a positive attitude.
· Proficiency in the use of standard office equipment and networked personal computers.
· Proficiency in or ability to become proficient in a variety of software, including but not limited to Office 365 apps.
· Skilled at communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and written, at all levels.
· Ability to perform basic mathematical computations needed to complete job tasks.
· Skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing job duties to meet deadlines.
· Maintaining interpersonal professional working relationships at all levels – students, peers, and Executives.
