What You'll Do: 

• Teach assigned electrician courses or modules, attend every class, begin and end on time, and provide instruction for the full class period.
• Prepare and distribute course syllabi aligned with approved master syllabi and college requirements.
• Deliver accessible instruction that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, college policies, and applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress, assessment, and evaluation records.
• Submit rosters, grades, attendance reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and advise or refer students who need additional academic or personal support.
• Respond to student questions within established division guidelines—within 24 hours on workdays and 48 hours on weekends.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, supervisors, and college partners.
• Participate in department activities, professional development, required training, and college initiatives.
• Promote a culture of mutual respect, inclusion, professionalism, and student success.
• Follow all LCTC and college policies and complete other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: 

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Completion of all academic, occupational, licensing, and credential requirements established by LCTC, the LCTC Board, and applicable accrediting agencies.
