Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment & Outreach
• Actively promote short-term workforce programs through community engagement, job fairs, social media, and direct outreach.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate program information.
• Build partnerships with employers, community organizations, and agencies to increase enrollment.
Enrollment & Onboarding
• Guide students through the application and registration process.
• Assist students with financial assistance opportunities, including scholarships, grants, and workforce funding.
• Conduct orientation sessions to ensure students understand program requirements and expectations.
Course Scheduling & Coordination
• Develop and maintain course schedules for short-term programs in collaboration with instructors and department leadership.
• Schedule classes based on student demand, instructor availability, and facility resources.
• Publish updated class calendars and promptly communicate schedule changes.
• Monitor enrollment numbers and recommend schedule adjustments to maximize class capacity.
Student Support & Retention
• Provide ongoing communication and support to students throughout the enrollment process.
• Coordinate with instructors, advisors, campus directors and career services to ensure a positive student experience.
• Identify barriers to enrollment and retention and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate student and course scheduling records in CRM and student management systems.
• Generate enrollment and scheduling reports for leadership on a weekly and monthly basis. Provide campus directors enrollment updates biweekly.
• Track trends to inform recruitment and scheduling strategies.

Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in admissions, workforce development, or student services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and experience with student information systems or CRM platforms.
