Expanding College Access, Empowering Student Success, and Supporting Institutional Excellence
The Dual Enrollment Navigator is a student-centered advising and support position that applies BRCC's personalized support model principles to dual enrollment students. families from initial exploration through successful transition into postsecondary education. At BRCC, student progression starts before registration. The Navigator will help schools build annual dual enrollment schedules, identify pathway cohorts, and ensure students are taking the right courses in the right sequence to support degree
completion, Fast Forward pathways, industry-based credentials, and transfer goals.
The Dual Enrollment Navigator supports students according to personalized support principles by developing meaningful relationships with students, understanding their educational and career goals, providing proactive and intrusive advising, maintaining individualized student success plans, conducting regular outreach and follow-up, facilitating intentional referrals, and monitoring student progress throughout their dual enrollment experience.
