The Adjunct ESL Instructor will provide appropriate instruction for groups and individuals using materials, tools, equipment, and scenarios to meet students’ academic and work/career-related needs. The Adjunct ESL Instructor will work with students to determine potential barriers to their success in obtaining, retaining, and advancing their careers. The Adjunct ESL Instructor will also work with students to implement solutions that ensure their success.
Testing Specialist	BRCC	Baton Rouge, LA
Responsible for providing all services offered by the Testing Center including but not limited to administering testing placement exams, instructor exams, adult education exams, various industry based credentials, other professional level exams, providing testing accommodations, processing test results, updating records with official scores, maintaining testing files, preparing statistical reports, and providing information related to the effectiveness of the testing instruments currently used. Also responsible for creating and maintaining an environment conducive to testing that is focused on student success and excellent customer service.
Instructor- Surgical Technology Services	BRCC	Baton Rouge, LA
Surgical Services Faculty are responsible for teaching courses as assigned, student advising, college service, professional development and promotion of collegial atmosphere. Faculty are expected to support the institution’s mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies. Faculty report directly to program managers and department chairs within their respective departments and divisions. This position will monitor students in the clinical areas, teach theory in classroom, and demonstrate clinical skills in the simulation laboratory. Additional responsibilities include assessing courses, serving on college committees, participating in extracurricular activities, community service, and professional development. Faculty may be required to teach evenings and weekends as well as on-line, dual enrollment, and service learning courses.
