Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Uphold institutional policies, ethical standards, and legal responsibilities regarding Enrollment and student services.
• Responsible for managing the overall daily activities of the campus’ student services and enrollment management programs which include Admissions, Records Registration, Advising, Career Services, Counseling and Disability Services, Student Activities and Retention.
• Serve as an extension of the Registrar for the campus and provide registration records and graduation functions to assist students.
• Collaborate with departments to implement retention strategies and support initiatives.
• Assist with the development and implementation of student success programs, including early alert systems.
• Assist students with admissions, financial aid navigation, course registration, and orientation processes.
• Provide academic advising, career guidance, and holistic support for students throughout the enrollment lifecycle.
• Ensure that all student information and documentation remain confidential and secure.
• Conduct outreach to prospective and returning students through calls, emails, and in-person sessions communications for prospective students utilizing colleges’ CRM.
• Collect and analyze data related to student support services for continuous improvement.
• Administer Accuplacer testing and ensure that scores are entered into banner.
• Ensure timely processing of transcript request for former and current students.
• Ensure the processing of all dual enrollment applications and maintenance of an up-to-date database of students and school counselors.
• Work closely with the student government association (SGA) advisors and officers in planning, promoting and executing activities and programs for the campus.
• Coordinate, create, and deliver one or more student activities and workshops per semester for the benefit of the students on the campus.
• Assist Career Services by providing placement data for students.
• Assist students with career services including coordinating and promoting one activity annually.
• May serve as the campus student conduct administrator which includes meeting with students who have allegedly violated the Code of Student Conduct to ascertain their level of involvement.
• May adjudicate student conduct cases and assign sanction as appropriate; consult with Campus Director as necessary.
• May be asked to serve as the Title IX investigator on as a needed basis.
• Act as the National Technical Honor Society Advisor.
• Maintain files on all disciplinary cases, track sanctions, and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Work with Campus Director, Registrar, and Faculty to carry out duties of Enrollment and Student Services.
• Support the coordination of student accommodation in partnership with disability services, if applicable.
• In addition to West Monroe students, this position will be responsible for the Enrollment of Ouachita Correctional Center Students.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and campus-wide committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education: 

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred if there is not at least five years of experience at a public institution of higher education AND/OR related experience in government, business, or industry. Experience working in an integrated student information system, preferably Ellucian Banner, is preferred Must be able to work independently, exercise confidentiality, and provide good customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; manage and coordinate administrative functions related to Enrollment Services, which include admissions, records, registration, and student activities.
