Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist - LED FastStart	LCTCS	Baton Rouge, LA
The Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist will work within LED’s workforce, focusing on quality programs for Client companies across the State of Louisiana. This position will be mainly responsible for providing guidance and support in training, developing, implementing, auditing, and maintaining a system of processes and procedures to ensure that Clients’ products and services meet established industry requirements and regulations. The QMS Specialist will act as an internal consultant to Clients in various industries to include; Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Electronics, Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas, Steel, Textile, Woodworking, etc., with a focus on establishing a solid quality management system. Specialized areas of interest will include Safety, Risk Management, ISO, API, FDA requirements, as well as engineering, lean methodologies, logistics, quality, manufacturing, and other business principles. LED FastStart training programs are offered to client companies on a 24/7 basis. The Quality Management System Specialist will be required to travel throughout Louisiana. This position will reside in Baton Rouge.
Adjunct Instructor – Vehicle Maintenance Repair Automotive (Leesville)	SOWELA	Leesville, LA
Conducts college-level courses. Responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, moderating classroom discussions, leading practical application labs, and administering and grading examinations. Demonstrates and teaches subject matter in classroom and appropriate labs to students. Maintains accurate grade and attendance records. Maintains individual student progress data and ensures this is a part of the student’s permanent record. Adheres to all laws pertaining to disclosure of student records. Posts at office and on the syllabus, on-campus hours to facilitate interaction with students, other faculty, staff administrators and the public. Be available to students via email, phone and/or in person conference. May mentor other staff or students. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Receives training or stays current in technological or pedagogical advances that promote student learning.
Workforce Development Instructor - Manufacturing	Louisiana Delta Community College	Monroe, LA
The Workforce Development Instructor provides high-quality training aligned with industry standards and workforce needs. The instructor will develop and deliver hands-on instruction in manufacturing, and related fields to prepare students for careers in Louisiana’s growing manufacturing sector. This position plays a critical role in workforce readiness by engaging students, collaborating with industry partners, and ensuring training meets employer expectations.
Supervisor - Maintenance	SOWELA	Lake Charles, LA
The Maintenance Supervisor works under the direction of the Executive Director Facilities Planning and Management. The supervisor is responsible for the staff of Facilities Maintenance who perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, HVAC, and other machine and electrical servicing for SOWELA. The supervisor is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing specialized facilities management services, while ensuring the campus buildings, grounds, systems, equipment, and supplies are maintained. The scope of work includes completing preventative maintenance schedules as well as restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Creating and delivering reports, presentations, trainings, and other communication are essential functions.

Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing the activities of the Finance Department. This position manages the day to day activity associated with accounting for and ensuring adequate control of the College’s financial resources. The incumbent supervises various accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as Federal, State, and agency regulations and oversees the timely and accurate preparation of the College's annual financial report and other regular reporting required by the Louisiana Community and Technical College System and other State oversight agencies.

The driver-operator will be responsible for all functions related to the overall operations of the vehicle.
