As Facilities Systems Supervisor, you'll take ownership of that operational backbone — leading a skilled team and ensuring every building system across your cluster performs at its best, every day.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety across a designated cluster of facilities at the Chelsea site
Coordinate and schedule internal maintenance staff and external contractors to deliver timely, cost-effective repairs and planned maintenance work
Monitor building systems to identify issues early, prioritise corrective action, and minimise disruption to operations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, contractor engagements, and system performance in line with MTC's facilities management standards |

Provides customer service to coworkers, lawyers, law enforcement, and the general public over the phone and in person. Case processing may be done using an electronic filing and/or case management system. |
