What You'll Be Doing
Mediate and conciliate housing disputes between opposing parties, guiding conversations toward workable settlements and drafting written agreements for judicial approval as court orders
Assist litigants, attorneys, and members of the public with complaints, questions, receiverships, and court procedures in line with Housing Court Department policies
Conduct site visits and court-ordered inspections of dwelling units, documenting conditions and preparing recommendations for the court
Support the broader alternative dispute resolution process by gathering, organising, and presenting case information accurately and on time |
