Flight Academy Student Life Program Director (Temporary) Temporary (Any) Marion, IN, Other
JROTC Flight Academic initiative: The position will ensure the proper supervision, transportation, and logistical support for Air Force JROTC cadets – mostly high school rising seniors and newly graduated high school students – who will reside on the Marion, IN campus and complete flight training at the Marion Airport. The individual must be available full-time throughout the duration of the Flight Academy (May 28 - July 26, 2025). Additionally, the individual must be available for training calls (2-3 hours maximum) prior to the training. It is expected that flight training and residential activities will operate six (6) days per week with Sundays and major holidays off. This position operates within a team that is responsible for all functions of the pay processing for all hourly, administrative, faculty, student, and/or adjuncts and may include Indiana Wesleyan University subsidiaries. Duties may include accurately processing pay, maintaining time keeping records, entering stipends and changes for the pay, reviewing payroll reports for accuracy, and entering direct deposit and tax information for multiple states and jurisdictions. Student Life Assistant--Summer Flight Academy (Part-time/Temporary) Temporary (Any) Marion, IN, Other
The Student Life Assistant is responsible to support the student life coordination for the Air Force JROTC Flight Academic initiative. The position will support the Student Life Director with the supervision, transportation, and logistical support for Air Force JROTC cadets – mostly rising high school seniors and newly graduated high school students – who will reside on the Marion, IN campus and complete flight training at the Marion Municipal Airport starting on Saturday, May 31st. The individual must be available part-time (up to 29 hours per week) throughout the duration of the Flight Academy (May 28 - July 26, 2025). It is expected that flight training and residential activities will operate six (6) days per week with Sundays and major holidays off. The individual may not be enrolled in summer classes or have other employment that would impede their ability to work Monday to Saturday.
Associate/Assistant Athletic Trainer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking to hire an Associate or Assistant Athletic Trainer, as determined based upon both educational background and years of experience. Primary responsibilities of the Associate/Assistant Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 24 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 650 student athletes. The Associate/Assistant Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program.
