The Graduate Assistantship in Married Housing is a year-round, part-time, live-in position (10hrs per week May-July and 15hrs per week during the academic year, with a full-time training period in August). Mechanical Engineering Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Mechanical Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus starting Fall 2027. This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The successful candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research and/or industry engagement. Candidates should possess expertise in the thermal-fluid areas of mechanical engineering and have the ability to teach courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, design of thermal systems, engineering materials, and senior design. In addition to ensuring strong project management discipline, including managing timelines, key milestones, and stakeholder communications, the manager serves as the essential conduit between the marketing team and N&G. This position participates in N&G’s Chancellor’s Collective to stay informed of unit developments and align marketing efforts strategically. The position reports to the Executive Director of Brand and Creative and maintains a structured meeting cadence with both the N&G Chancellor and the Senior Vice President for Enrollment and Partnerships.

Qualification Specialist Hourly (Full Time) Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)
The individual in this position has the primary responsibility to connect with inbound and outbound callers using telephony system to qualify students from a variety of lead-generating sources and avenues as needed. By using telephony and other communication mediums, this position answers questions, directs callers to appropriate departments, and qualifies potential students for the initial connection to enrollment counselors. NOTE: This position can work from any of our regional education centers in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio.  In addition, it can function as a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

This role combines deep understanding of large language models and their practical applications with exceptional training delivery skills to provide strategic leadership for Blaizing Academy while establishing and growing market presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas. The Director will partner with the Executive Director of Enterprises to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across Texas and IWU's broader service areas, while collaborating with the Director of Resource Development to design and deploy relevant, impactful online training programs. Focused on serving practitioners in business, education, and other sectors, this position will help professionals apply AI to their daily work and achieve immediate, valuable impact through our core AI Specialist Certificate and contextualized, domain-specific training programs. The role requires an expert in large language models and AI applications who excels at hands-on, engaging training for groups ranging from 16 to 60 participants while providing strategic direction to help people understand, use, and see the benefits of AI where they are.
