The Enrollment Counselor guides prospective students in exploring their educational options and supports them in making informed decisions aligned with their goals and learning styles.
Office Manager, Regional Center Hourly (Full Time) Cleveland, OH
The Office Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of the Indiana Wesleyan University regional education and conference centers. Each center strives to partner with the community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. The Director of Laboratory Operations/Environmental Health and Safety Officer (EHS) manages Natural Sciences laboratory staff to accomplish the academic laboratory teaching goals of the unit and ensures the safety of students and safe disposal of hazardous materials. The Sites Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of several Education Centers of Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). These sites are part of the regional education centers located throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky and sit within the National & Global unit of IWU. Each center strives to partner with their community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space, in addition to educational programs for working adults, allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. The Sites Manager will serve as the direct leader of a building as well as the site manager for several other locations from a distance, leading and supporting staff members in the operations and conferencing functions for those sites. This role is suited for someone who is highly relational and has a love of problem-solving and innovation. In addition, skills related to supervising personnel, customer service, sales, building management, team building, project management, and negotiation will help make the Sites Manager successful. Coordinator of Clinical Placements and Partnerships Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Coordinator will work daily to secure clinical placements, assist program candidates, secure Memorandums of Understanding with school partners, and conduct all required program tracking and data collection as required. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that program candidates are placed in diverse clinical settings and will work with the Assistant Director to develop and maintain accurate records associated with all clinical experiences.
Director of Academic Operations Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Director of Academic Operations supports the Dean by providing operational leadership for the School of Integrated Learning and Development (SILD) and coordinating the school’s day-to-day academic and administrative operations. The Director serves as a primary liaison between SILD and other National & Global (N&G) and IWU departments. The Director ensures that school-level academic processes, policies, and approved program changes are implemented consistently and effectively. Responsibilities include oversight and coordination of licensure and regulatory compliance; clinical experiences and placements; academic calendars and program information; curriculum and program-change implementation; partnerships; Concurrent Education; STEP-UP/apprenticeship initiatives; and other assigned school-level projects. The Director supervises the school's Assistant Directors and Academic Program Managers and provides secondary supervision for other office staff as assigned. The Director oversees onboarding for faculty and staff as needed; investigates and mediates escalated student concerns; represents SILD and/or the Dean in institutional meetings and on operational matters as delegated; and provides the Dean with operational information, analysis, and support for decision-making.
