Summary of Position: The Football Strength & Conditioning Coordinator (Part-time) candidate must be highly organized, motivated and proficient at handling a variety of tasks inside the football program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for physical development of every player on roster
Responsible for development of strength coaching staff
Responsible to design, implement and manage executing of performance system
Responsible for the managing of daily recruiting tasks and activities of coaching staff
Works alongside Head coach to set vision of recruiting future student athletes
Works alongside Head Coach to maintain peak retention of current student athletes
Use of recruiting software
Opponent Scouting
Opponent Film breakdown
Monitoring academic progress of student-athletes
Any other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director

Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
Two to five (2-5) Years of High School or Collegiate Coaching Experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Required Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of computer applications for recruiting and video exchange and breakdown
Organizational skills
Ability to work weekends & evenings and also to travel
