Summary of Position: Adjunct faculty are essential to providing a quality academic experience for Indiana Wesleyan University students. Adjuncts will employ a range of engaging teaching strategies designed to foster student learning and stimulate class discussion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Nursing: Pre-licensure, Clinical
Marion, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and/or surrounding areas
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
Minimum Bachelor's prepared RN from an accredited university with an active Indiana license
CPR Certification
Unencumbered RN licensure
Health Clearance as required by facility
Experience
Eighteen (18) months as a Registered Nurse
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills
Currency in clinical skills
