The Director will spearhead efforts to maximize revenue through expanded conferencing services while ensuring seamless integration of integrated technology throughout our spaces.

The Office Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of the Indiana Wesleyan University regional education and conference centers. The Assistant Esports Coach – Smash Bros. Ultimate position will oversee the IWU Smash Bros. program by attending all practices, matches and team events, providing constructive feedback for improvement, managing rosters and working individually with student-athletes to ensure progress and growth.
• The Assistant Esports Coach – Smash Bros. Ultimate will also be responsible for working with the Head Esports Coach to monitor academic progress of the members of the Smash Bros. team’s progress. They must also ensure that the students they oversee are able to grow within the Athletic Department’s motto of Both/And, as well as the Esports team’s core values of Kindness, Belonging, Integrity, Humility and Courage.
