Salary:
£24,570 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews

Based in Birmingham – Fixed Office Worker (some travel may be required)

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outreach services to participants by meeting them in the community or in their homes, providing interventions or additional contact following disengagement or a missed appointment, and when a service user is at risk of recall (RESET Programme)

What you will be doing?

  • Apply a mix of holistic support & mentoring techniques to support participants, developing trust & positive relationships
  • Assessing barriers & support participants to overcome them
  • Maintain flexible, regular, relevant and meaningful contact with each participant, using means ranging from face-to-face, telephone, email, text or other appropriate means and record all contact

To be successful you will require;

  • We encourage those with 'Lived experience' to apply
  • Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people; utilizing strong interpersonal skills supporting individuals with ever-changing complex needs
  • Experience dealing with multiple people, having difficult conversations, providing tailored solutions relating to people with ‘lived experience’.
  • Successful candidates must be non-judgmental, open-minded and honest when dealing with service-users
