Help shape an exceptional hiring experience

We’re looking for a strategic and systems-minded  Enablement Lead to join our People team. In this critical role, you’ll lead the systems, processes, and data that underpin every great hire — from application through onboarding.

You'll manage a small team and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Talent leaders to improve the way we hire, onboard, and scale. Whether it’s refining workflows, rolling out new recruiting tools, or improving how we report on hiring progress, you'll play a key role in making sure our candidate experience is seamless, inclusive, and effective.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and optimise our recruitment tech stack, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding tools.
  • Deploy new systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition workflows.
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth, consistent experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner with HR, TA, and IT to deliver system integrations that support a seamless transition into onboarding.
  • Provide hiring data insights and dashboards to drive decision-making and improve TA effectiveness.
  • Enable recruiters and hiring managers with guides, training, and process support.
  • Lead and deliver cross-functional projects, including change management and vendor oversight.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in TA operations, systems management, or enablement roles.
  • Leadership and Management Experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding platforms (e.g. ATS, ideally Page up or and Smart Recruiter, CRM, HRIS).
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading system rollouts or optimisations.
  • A passion for delivering great experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, or similar).
