Deputy Business Manager
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Location: Barnet
Ingeus are currently looking for a Deputy Business Manager to motivate and support a professional and operational team to achieve high performance and exceed all contractual targets, including compliance and customer service standards, through highly effective communication and leadership.
You will also work closely with the Business Manager to undertake direct operational and line management responsibility for Team Leaders and their respective Employment Advisors.
What you’ll be doing as the Deputy Business Manager:
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Team Leaders, ensuring Continuous Professional Development remains a pivotal element of their role and of the wider team.
- Work closely with the Business Manager in ensuring the achievement of operational performance targets and minimum service standards.
- Support the Business Manager in the preparation of performance updates and other key information as required, for internal and external business update meetings.
- Maintaining strong external relationships with JCP teams, visiting sites where necessary and supporting Team Leaders to be visible and active within JCP sites.
To be the Deputy Business Manager you will;
- Have strong leadership and organisational skills, with an ability to motivate large teams of people to achieve targets.
- Have experience of financial tracking and forecasting, with the ability to understand and work towards financial budget and preparation.
- Have Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
