Performance & Delivery Manager
Location: Brixton
Salary: £43,000 pro rata
Please note that this role is a secondment until 31st December
Ingeus are currently looking for a Performance & Delivery Manager to help to motivate and support the operational team to achieve high performance, compliance activity and customer service standards. The Performance & Delivery Manager will support the Head of Delivery in the smooth delivery of the Work and Health Programme.
What you’ll be doing as the Performance & Deliver Manager:
- Leading, developing, motivating, managing and retaining employability staff who are capable of ensuring the delivery of contracted services.
- Managing individuals’ performance through the use of the Performance Management Framework ensuring that Employment Coaches, Personal Support Teams and other staff are exceeding their minimum performance targets, through regular performance reviews, observations, coaching and personal development.
- Providing the Head of Delivery with regular reporting of performance in accordance with Ingeus requirements.
- Delivering the budgeted financial performance of their teams through effective operational and financial management.
To be the Performance & Delivery Manager you will;
- Have an understanding of the employment services/ welfare to work industry and the challenges of the job market.
- Have experience of business planning, budget preparation and budget management.
- Have the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects on time and within budget.
