The first point of contact for many claimants accessing HAAS via the claimant enquiry line, the Claimant Advisor provides excellent customer service to ensure claimants' queries are effectively resolved in a timely manner. In addition, the Claimant Advisor is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry onto the relevant systems, and for completing all associated administration to a high standard.

The Team Coach role combines coaching of colleagues in providing an excellent claimant experience with the ability to perform within the role of Claimant Advisor for prescribed periods of time. This role is key in ensuring that all interactions with claimants and their representatives are of a high quality.  The successful candidate will also have the skills to drive day to day workflow performance within their teams, while ensuring feedback is provided to Advisors in a constructive and timely manner.

The role works within a fast paced and challenging environment that has the claimant at the very heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility in their thinking and be able to adapt to new situations including those outside of the Enquiry Services department.

Attention to detail and methodical approach to task completion is essential within this role and environment.

Must be based in the Birmingham or Stockton area only.
