Junior Project Manager

Salary: £37,000

Location: Hybrid with travel into our Birmingham head office

Ingeus are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our IT team to enable structured delivery of IT initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will support in the coordination of cross-functional teams, maintaining project momentum and ensuring visibility across stakeholders and deliverables.

As our Junior Project Manager, you will:

  • Support in the planning and delivery of projects using structured methodologies (prince2, Agile, PMP).
  • Manage and monitor project risks, issues and resource constraints with Stakeholders, as well as ensuring updates, risks and decisions are communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and traceability.
  • Maintain delivery boards and facilitate sprint activities and stand-ups.
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement processes.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement strategies, such as meeting schedule or feedback loops.

As our Junior Project Manager, you will have:

  • Exposure to project delivery frameworks (prince2, PMP or Agile methodologies).
  • Exposure to technical systems such as Power BI, Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
