We are currently seeking an Employer Solutions Manager for our Justice team in the West Midlands.

As a key member of a dedicated team, you’ll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, work towards training or employment and take meaningful steps towards rehabilitation.

The Clinical Support Lead will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to support and manage new and experienced Functional Assessors (FAs) to provide supervision and feedback, utilising quality and productivity data to enable professional development in line with the Performance Excellence Framework.

The Service Delivery Manager role leads on the delivery of volume, quality, customer service and colleague related measures. They lead a team of Functional Assessors and Site Coordinators to deliver the PIP benefit. The role will have line management responsibilities.
