Where you’ll be working
We have on-site, remote and hybrid roles available.
- On-site roles are based on our assessment centres across London.
- Hybrid roles require 3 days on-site with 2 days remote working, possibly increasing to 3 days remote working as our teams grow.
How you can use your skills and experience
We have several opportunities available including clinical and non-clinical roles.
Service Delivery Manager (hybrid) – You will lead a team of functional assessors and make sure we’re delivering a correct and compliant service, not least ensuring high quality assessments and the highest standards of care for our customers.
Assessment Centre Manager (hybrid) – You will run a smooth and efficient assessment centre, supporting the delivery of on-site assessments and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Site Coordinator (on-site) – You will be responsible for welcoming everyone to the assessment centre, acting as the main point of contact for customers and supporting the overall customer experience. You’ll also be responsible for processing accurate data across multiple systems.
Team Performance Lead (hybrid) – You will support our clinical teams to achieve high performance and quality levels whilst driving excellent customer service through effective performance and team management.
