We are delighted to announce exciting opportunities for qualified clinicians to join our team as a Functional Assessor here at Ingeus UK at various locations across London & the South-East.

What you'll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Using decision making skills to conduct clinical triage of completed forms and supporting documents to decide the route a case will take.
  • Obtaining additional evidence needed, through active listening and appropriate questions.
  • Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to produce accurate and detailed reports.
  • Liaise with a range of clinical peers across the NHS and private healthcare sector, charities, and support organisations to obtain and evaluate evidence that assists in the production of detailed reports.

Whilst initial training will be aligned with the Functional Assessor back office activities, this only reflects your initial training pathway.  Over time, you will be trained in and take responsibility for the delivery of front office Functional Assessor activities.
