HR Shared Service Officer 

Contract: 12 month Fixed Term 

Salary: £26,390 per annum & Company Benefits

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00

Location:  The role is a fixed office worker based at our Birmingham office, with some working from home, You will be required to attend the office every 2 weeks as a minimum, and as and when required by your Line Manager.

What you'll do as our HR Shared Service Officer:

  • Transactional HR Support: Process HR requests via a busy service desk, support managers and colleagues in areas such as sickness absence and pay, family leave, changes to pay and working patterns and general employment queries, managing a very busy Inbox and processing a high volume of tickets daily.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely submission of changes to terms and conditions which impact payroll
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data added to and contained within our HR systems is accurate and maintained
  • General HR Administration: Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR function
