Regional Performance Manager - PIP

HybridFull Time / Permanent

This role focuses on delivering operational excellence, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement through data-driven decision making. The RPDM works collaboratively with Clinical Performance Manager and other stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse regional performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives aligned with national and regional objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational protocols across regional clusters.
  • Collaborate with QPAMs to support delivery consistency and share best practices.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations to the Lead Performance Manager.
  • Support the development and implementation of regional action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Contribute to audit processes and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support performance tracking and governance.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting performance data.
  • Proven ability to implement quality and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of operational delivery within health or public services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in managing regional service delivery or performance functions.

Lead and inspire high-performing regional teams to consistently achieve performance and quality targets.

Coach and support Service Delivery Managers to ensure effective delivery of services and continuous professional development.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across regional operations.
