Digital & Automation Marketing Manager
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Package
Regional Office Worker - Site based & Homeworking + Organised Travel to Birmingham required
What you’ll be doing:
Working with our Head of Marketing & wider team to maintain and develop our websites, including content, SEO technical audits and analytics
Design, execute & optimise email (including HubSpot) and paid campaigns (including Meta, Google) to generate leads/candidates through interest and retention strategies
Manage campaign budgets to ensure effective spend aligned to strategic goals; to analyse campaign performance & track metrics to provide timely reporting and ensure data-driven decisions
You will Require:
We require a great communicator who loves digital marketing, have excellent organisational skills to manage multiple activities, and will love using your analytical skills to unpick the data and identify performance improvements
Extensive experience managing paid campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google but others are desirable too (including email campaigns)
Strong expertise & demonstratable experience managing CRMs and setting up automated workflows (e.g. Hubspot)
A digital specialist, not a generalist, who can bring deep expertise & experience to your team
