Job Title: Administrator

Base Location: Unit 8, Spring Copse Business Park, Slinfold, West Sussex, RH13 0SZ

Salary: Up to £28,531 depending on skills and experience and working hours - plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. 

Working Pattern: Permanent-Full Time, 37 Hours - shifts from 7.30am till 5pm on a rota basis, Monday – Friday 

Enerveo have an extensive street lighting business that manages over 1 million street lights across the UK and Ireland and through design, project management, consultancy, installation, and maintenance we play a major role in reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints helping towns and cities become smarter, greener and more efficient which benefits us all.

Could you be our next Administrator to join the team and drive this success forwards?

What will I be doing in this role? 

We are looking for a Administrator to join the Highways Electrical team

In a  typical day, you could expect to be;

  • You will provide administrative and customer service support to our lighting department
  • Internal and external customer service
  • Input of data into various systems ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Raising Purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Inputting timesheets

What do I need to be successful in the role?

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft office skills , including Excel and the ability to learn new internal systems
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own work load and takes pride in thier work
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills , able to liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Confident manner on the telephone answering and making phone calls
