Rocky Bay is a leading provider of disability services, offering choice and independence to thousands of children and adults living with disability across Western Australia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist to join our Facilities Management Team. You will be the first point of contact for our busy front desk so professional, well-presented individuals who can work in a corporate environment are encouraged to apply. 

This is a fast-paced facilities administrator role within a corporate environment that will require you to provide a high level of customer service and facilities support to our clients, staff and external stakeholders. We'll invest in you to bring out your best. This role will occasionally require the successful candidate to travel to other Rocky Bay locations to cover sickness/annual leave and for training. 

What you need to have

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to complete a range of tasks independently
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite of products
