• Permanent Full Time Position covering Cockburn, Mosman Park & Peel Regions
• Salary: $87,489 - $91,351 + Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (Payable on annual leave)

As part of the Community Division you will lead the South of the River portfolio at Rocky Bay – Mosman Park, Cockburn, Rockingham & Mandurah

The role includes: 

• Work with customers, their families/guardians, Rocky Bay support services and other stakeholders to enable customers to experience a seamless service.
• Undertake suitability checks ensuring the services are costed, planned, and delivered in line with customers plans.
• Manage overall waitlists across team leader areas to ensure services are responsive.
• Monitor and act on data across the whole customer journey, including customer plan utilisation, entry and exits customers to services.
• Manage continuous improvement of service offerings from trends, customer feedback and data insights Leadership and Management
• Lead, manage and support direct reports including coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Support the team leaders to sustain the culture of service excellence, ensuring the team is adequately supported and resourced through active workforce and leave planning activities.
• Uphold and manage Rocky Bay brand reputation, identifying and reporting reputation risks to the Area Manager

You must have:

• Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders and customers to ascertain their needs and service requirements.
• Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a management role of more than 3 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and confident with presentation skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to a person focused culture and the delivery of quality outcomes to our customers.
• Experience in managing a budget and maintaining relevant finance records.
• Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office applications and Client Data Management systems.
