• Salary Range: $70,538 - $74,500 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
• Full time permanent role based in Mosman Park

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to help drive impact through fundraising as part of our high-performing Marketing team as we work to create positive outcomes for people living with a disability.

Reporting to the Fundraising and Submissions Advisor, you will be responsible for a range of existing fundraising activities and will help to further expand and grow philanthropy at Rocky Bay. You will also play a key role in preparing and managing grant applications and will provide support to the Fundraising and Submissions Advisor on campaign and major giving opportunities.   

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

• Demonstrated experience working in a fundraising environment or on fundraising campaigns
• Good understanding of current fundraising concepts and developments
• Excellent attention to detail in donation receipting, acknowledgement and reporting
• Demonstrated commitment to donor management and stewardship across multiple engagement channels
• Demonstrated experience in copywriting for impact, including web content, donor communications and appeal/campaign storytelling
• Experience working across the grants landscape, spanning research, grant writing and acquittal processes (desirable)
• Experience using and managing a donor CRM (Salesforce NPSP)
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of / skills in using the Microsoft Office suite
• Innovative thinking; looks for better ways of doing things and seeks new opportunities
• Highly developed interpersonal skills appropriate to developing and maintaining close and collaborative links with key stakeholders
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks/deadlines
• Experience of using e-marketing and/or data manipulation would also be desirable
