Rocky Bay is looking for talented and motivated Business Analysts with strong interpersonal skills to join its dynamic and agile Business Transformation team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, evaluating, and recommending opportunities to improve and enhance our business processes.
This role will draw on a diverse range of capabilities across our Business Transformation function which makes it an ideal opportunity for individuals aspiring to develop their portfolio of skills in this space. With a major focus on change, process, and continuous improvement activities you will also be involved in projects and associated activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain a Continuous Improvement Calendar, ensuring all planned activities are up-to-date and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Documentation Management: Establish and manage a central repository for all business process documentation, implementing version control to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Process Reviews: Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule and facilitate business process reviews, ensuring documentation is regularly updated and changes are communicated.
Data Analysis: Analyse data using statistical methods to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and business change.
Project Support: Participate in change and continuous improvement projects, offering data-driven inputs and collaborating with project teams to ensure the smooth implementation of improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, Change or Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in a Business Analyst or similar tole.
- A highly professional approach with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated capacity and enthusiasm for learning and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The following experiences would be highly regarded but not essential
- Salesforce (Lumary / Skedulo).
- Project management methodologies, such as Agile, Prince etc.
- Six sigma principles and methodology
- Change Management methodologies
