Rocky Bay is a leading disability provider committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated and experienced Property Manager for our SHIFT housing portfolio to join our team in Perth.
Rocky Bay currently holds a SHIFT property portfolio of 50+ buildings across the length of the Perth Metropolitan area and Geraldton. Our properties are business critical as they are a means of providing accommodation, enabling delivery of services to our customers and facilitating our business growth strategy. As we embark on our Metropolitan Facilities Development Plan and our Specialist Disability Accommodation Program, the property portfolio is set to grow by more than 50% and in terms of building footprint by more than 500%.
About the role:
- Permanent Full Time position
- Mosman Park location
- $88,389 - $112,309 annual salary range + Salary Packaging (up to $18,550)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships by assisting with tenant queries
- Prepare and maintain vacant properties for prospective tenants
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver exceptional facility standards
- Work with key stakeholders in the organisation to advertise vacancies and manage the full tenancy lifecycle
- Create and manage legal agreements for new property leases, lease renewals and lease terminations
- Ensure all property compliance, management and reporting are in line with the organisations and WHS standards
- Conduct property inspections, coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and condition reporting
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting and management of budgets
- Ensure all properties and SDA homes registered with the NDIS and are compliant with the NDIS SDA guidelines and DOC CHP framework
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven knowledge and experience in Real Estate, preferably in Community Services or Healthcare
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS sector with a strong customer focus
- Strong understanding of building compliance, WHS requirements and accessibility standards
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritise and highly organised
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
- MS Office experienced including Word, Excel and MS Project (desirable)
