Clinical Operations Manager - Mandurah

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and is seeking a motivated Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Allied Health team in Mandurah. This is a unique opportunity to guide, coach, and develop a team of dedicated clinicians while helping our customers connect to the right supports and achieve their goals.

We are looking for a professional clinician with at least five years’ experience, including demonstrated leadership capability. More importantly, we are seeking the right leader to bring people together, drive service growth, and nurture talent within our teams.

 About you
You will bring a leadership style that is collaborative, supportive, and focused on growth. We are looking for someone who can:

  • Coach and guide a team of allied health professionals to achieve shared goals.
  • Unite a geographically diverse team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Balance service development and business growth with effective team management.
  • Provide clear direction, mentoring, and support to help individuals and teams reach their potential.
  • Manage a busy but rewarding workload with professionalism and resilience.
  • Understand and meet the administrative and compliance requirements of a leadership role.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regional support as required.
