About the Role
Lead and coach a team of youth workers in Out of Home Care in Port Hedland, WA. Manage rosters, supervise staff, and ensure quality therapeutic support for children with complex needs. Includes 2 rostered shifts weekly as part of the ongoing schedule.

Duties
• Lead and supervise youth care staff
• Manage rosters and staffing needs
• Coordinate daily care and support
• Oversee reports, plans, and reviews
• Respond to feedback and complaints

Skills & Experience
• Proven OOHC or trauma-based care leadership
• Strong crisis management background
• Knowledge of OOHC legislation and standards
• Skilled in admin and digital systems
• Current WWCC and Driver’s Licence
