The Role – Operations Manager

As our new Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of leading change and delivering quality services to individuals with disability. You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager and lead a team of passionate frontline leaders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations with a strong focus on service excellence and cultural integrity
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting people & culture initiatives
• Embedding our Practice Framework: Active Support, Positive Behaviour Support, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework

What You Bring:

• Relevant industry qualifications or significant experience in the sector
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience
• Strategic thinking and operational planning skills

 You’ll Also Need:

• A current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be maintained)

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (must be maintained)

• A current National Police Check (must be maintained)
