Reporting to the Operations Manager – Community Support Services, the role of the Service Supervisor is to lead, plan, co-ordinate, implement, administer, supervise and develop a team of support workers to successfully deliver the service objective, which is to enhance independence, abilities, community participation and/or quality of life in support of the client’s individual goals and aspirations.

What you'll bring:
- A relevant diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in community or disability services.
- Strong day-to-day team supervision and people management skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident decision-making under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written communication.
