The Role

We’re seeking Disability Support Workers who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intimate personal care (toileting, showering, feeding, dressing)
• Support customers in their homes and communities
• Coach independent living skills (e.g. cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement)
• Administer medication and follow support plans
• Facilitate community access and recreational activities
• Assist with diabetes management and PEG feeding (training provided if required at this site)

Shifts & Flexibility:

• 24/7 roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and inactive sleepovers
• Flexibility is key – we’re looking for team players who can adapt to changing needs

What You’ll Need:

• Full Driver’s licence and full comprehensive car insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid/CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are highly regarded
