About the Role
Seeking a female Live-in Carer in Broome, WA. Provide safe, therapeutic care to children and young people with complex trauma. One week on, one week off. This is a 12 month fixed term role.

Duties
• Manage household tasks and daily routines
• Create nurturing, therapeutic home environments
• Support education, health, and cultural goals
• Monitor and report health or behavioural needs
• Lead recreational and social activities

Skills & Experience
• Experience in youth care, ideally trauma-informed
• Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check
• Calm under pressure, empathetic, and shift-flexible
