About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven team delivering high-quality, flexible services that empower people to live the lives they choose. You’ll work closely with individuals to support their goals, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support aligned with individual plans and goals
• Support clients with mental health needs and ageing-related challenges
• Participate in team-based service delivery and reflective practice
• Ensure compliance with behaviour support and safeguarding frameworks
• Assist with medication and health-related protocols (no personal care)
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service quality

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability support, aged care, or mental health desirable
• Willingness to work inactive sleepover shifts
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) desirable
• Valid full driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care
