🛠 Duties
• Advise on onboarding and probity requirements
• Manage RCWR additions, removals, and WWCC checks
• Oversee visa tracking, renewals, and sponsorship compliance
• Maintain and audit employee compliance records
• Improve compliance tools, policies, and reporting

📌 Skills & Experience
• HR compliance or onboarding experience
• Knowledge of WWCC, NDIS screening, and visa law
• Strong data accuracy and process management skills
• High discretion with sensitive information
• Proficient in Excel and HR systems
