About the Role
Support children and young people in Out of Home Care through tailored therapeutic care. Deliver clinical expertise, guide teams, and develop trauma-informed plans that make a lasting difference. Based in the Kimberley and Pilbara region.

Duties
• Deliver therapeutic support for children in care
• Design behaviour and care support plans
• Provide assessments and clinical guidance
• Collaborate with residential staff, families, and case managers
• Travel with outreach team to deliver tailored services
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s in Psych, Social Work, OT, or Mental Health Nursing
• Registered with relevant professional body
• Experience in therapeutic or clinical child/youth care
• Knowledge of Out of Home Care and child protection systems
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel interstate
