Lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability in Perth, WA. Coach and empower frontline staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred outcomes in a values-driven environment.

• Based in Westminster
• Part-time (approximately 70 hours per fortnight)
• Rotational roster (including time for administration)

Duties

Skills & Experience
• Proven leadership in disability or community services
• Strong coaching and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards
• Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster
