We are seeking Youth Workers to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions. In this role, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. If you’re calm, compassionate, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

🫶 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
• Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
• Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
• Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or related field or be eligible for an exemption
• If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for an exemption
• Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
